Born and raised in Chicago, Brad moved to Minneapolis with his wife Gina early in his career. It was there that his real estate journey began. After renting for a few years, he and Gina were tired of moving and purchased their first “fixer upper” out of necessity. A labor of love, they sold that home, discovering the value of home ownership. Soon after, they bought their first investment property and flipped it. And, before they knew it, they’d bought their first rental property. Along the way, they helped friends and family with remodels and basic repairs, providing the impetus for the launch of a home services company, geared towards helping folks fix up their homes, in an affordable, stress-free manner.
Fast forward, Brad and Gina landed in the great city of Boston where they planted roots in Jamaica Plain. Brad fell in love with the strong sense of JP community and local pride. As a Realtor in JP, Brad offers over fifteen years of experience in construction management and financial consulting. He genuinely enjoys working with people, seeking to understand their goals and how best to accomplish them. His competitive nature keeps him honest, ensuring that he finds success for his clients. Above all, Brad believes in creating a fun environment to tackle the amazing adventure that is home ownership because it shouldn’t be scary.
In his free time, Brad enjoys long walks with his wife and puppy, Chester; his favorite spots include the SW Corridor, the Arboretum, and the Blue Hills. Brad loves to play soccer, ride bikes, lift weights, downhill ski, and partake in just about anything competitive. Most weekends you’ll see him and his wife out and about with friends, grabbing a cocktail at one of the many fun spots around the city.
