This week Erik & Randal, break down Zillow's instant home value tool they call a "Zestimate". How do they come up with that number? How accurate is it? Articles have shown that Zillow's Zestimate can be off by as much as 6%. The average price for a home in Jamaica Plain for the past year was $640,000. That means a Zestimate could be off by as much as $38,400! That's a lot of dough. Erik & Randal break down how you can use that Zestimate and what should be your next step.

As far as we see it, it's a great barometer, not a thermometer. Are you ready to get a "FOCUS-timate?" :-) Give us a call!
