Is the Seller's market still strong? Find out if this is a good time to sell.

Bunny Cecchetto:
We are finishing up the end of our spring market here at Focus, closing out our spring sales, and getting ready for the fall real estate market. We have had an incredible spring market, and we are looking forward to a busy fall market. Sellers have been asking me, "What's happening with the market? Should I sell my house now?" The answer is yes. Simply are not enough homes to meet buyer demands. According to the National Association of Realtors, unsold inventory sits at 2.3 month supply. To have a balanced market, that number should be six months housing supply.

Bunny Cecchetto:
Sellers have the opportunity to negotiate the best possible contracts. Buyers are negotiable. They are still going above and beyond to make the deal happen. Homeowners are now able to get an offer without doing major updates and improvements to their homes. For the first time ever, the average US home is selling for above its list price, according to a Bloomberg report.

Bunny Cecchetto:
But this sweet spot for sellers won't last forever. According to the chief economist at realtor.com, we will see more inventory in the not too distant horizon. Bottom line, if you're ready to make a move, you can feel good about selling your home in the current market. If I can help you, contact me to determine the best next step when it comes to selling your home. And remember, stay tuned, and stay focused.
