We are big fans of the local art scene in Jamaica Plain and for our third year here in the community we are THRILLED to be a sponsored group site for Jamaica Plain Open Studios organized by the Jamaica Plain Arts Council. In addition to the amazing metal sculpture exhibit, we will also host textile artist Michelle Silvi of Amisha Designs.

Gillian's "Nature in Metal" exhibit takes inspiration from the green world around us. Delicate botanical shapes crafted from heavy metal give a sense of warmth and new life.
Amisha Design
Michelle founded Amisha Design in 2015 originally as an import pop-up shop in SoWa. Now she offers a variety of pieces all using the ancient practice of block printing.
