We are an Official Drop-Off Location for Cradles to Crayons!

Every year, our community-driven efforts through our toy and coat drive have been incredibly successful, largely due to your generous support! As official drop-off locations for Cradles to Crayons, we are honored to continuously accept donations at both of our offices throughout the year. Whether it's new hygiene items, books or lightly used coats, your contributions make a real difference in the lives of children in need.

To learn more about the donation guidelines and the items accepted by Cradles to Crayons, click here. You can conveniently drop off your donations at either of our two locations during our regular business hours:

  1. 34 South Street, Jamaica Plain, MA
  2. 43 Lincoln Street, Newton Highlands, MA

Thank you for your ongoing generosity and support!

Cradles to Crayons

Cradles to Crayons provides children from birth through age 12 living in homeless or low-income situations with the essential items they need to thrive. They collect and distribute items such as clothing, shoes, books, toys, and school supplies, with the goal of positively impacting the lives of children in need.

Toys for Tots

The Marine Toys for Tots Program collects new, unwrapped toys to distribute to less fortunate children at Christmas. Join us in making a difference by participating in our Toys for Tots toy drive. Stay tuned for updates on when we'll begin accepting donations at both of our locations.

Our on-going support

We are proud of our long-time commitment to benefiting kids in need through Cradles to Crayons. Through donations of funds and clothing, we're doing our part to help provide local families with essential items they need. In 2020, our team contributed to the Cradles to Crayons Emergency Essentials Fund.

Getting involved

Community involvement at Focus Real Estate means really getting involved with an organization and giving back in every way we can. We visited the Cradles to Crayons Giving Factory to really understand their mission and see first-hand the good work that this organization does.

First-hand experience

In 2018, Erik and Randal chatted with Karen Grant, VP of Development for Cradles to Crayons, to learn more about Cradles to Crayons' mission and needs.
