  • Have or be willing to obtain an MA Real Estate License
  • Show good organizational and time management skills
  • Show excellent attention to detail for contract writing and review
  • Willingness to talk and meet with people about their real estate needs & dreams via numerous forms of communication (face-to-face, phone calls, text, social media, email, etc.)
  • A clean, reliable automobile and good driving record
  • Available to work weekends and evening hours


$100,000+ at plan commission possible
