Real Estate Sales Agent

Responsibilities

  • Daily sales training and client prospecting in a fun team environment
  • Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers
  • Participate in open houses, networking activities, and MLS to enhance your sales
  • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs
  • Develop skills and habits long-term real estate career by supporting and learning from other team-oriented agents

Qualifications

  • Have or be willing to obtain an MA Real Estate License
  • Show good organizational and time management skills
  • Show excellent attention to detail for contract writing and review
  • Willingness to talk and meet with people about their real estate needs & dreams via numerous forms of communication (face-to-face, phone calls, text, social media, email, etc.)
  • A clean, reliable automobile and good driving record
  • Available to work weekends and evening hours

Compensation

$100,000+ at plan commission possible

Sales Leader & Trainer

We are looking for a high-performance Sales Leader and Trainer who is passionate about seeing their team and individuals grow. We have a strong foundation with tremendous growth opportunity for that leader with a vision and who loves a challenge.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, training and ongoing coaching to sales agents
  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
  • Set individual sales targets with sales team
  • Work with sales team to increase follow-up and lead conversion rates 
  • Work on sales scripts with agents
  • Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
  • Monitor the achievement of sales objectives of sales team
  • Provide feedback, support and coaching to sales team
  • Recruit new agents to the team
  • Plan and direct sales team trainings
  • Contribute to and help develop positive team culture and maintain/increase team retention
  • Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting
  • Stay informed of market and sales trends
  • Show year-over-year sales growth (bonus dependent)

Qualifications

  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, tenacious, and self-motivated
  • Great with people and loves to teach and train
  • One year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred
  • Previous sales experience
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Adept at speaking in public
  • Past history of success in contributing to sales growth of an organization
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving
  • Excellent follow-through
  • A positive mindset that they want to share and spread
  • Regular office hours with some nights and weekends may be required
  • Real estate sales experience a plus but not required. Interest in real estate sales and willing to become licensed if necessary
