Transaction / Client Care Coordinator

What are the job responsibilities? Whatever keeps the agents in front of their clients, showing homes & negotiating transactions. Every other part of the transaction is up to you, keeping the transaction timeline moving forward. Worried that you may not know it all? Responsibilities:

  • Perform key role in facilitating real estate transactions post offer to close, including:Oversee checklists and ensure that needed tasks for client transactions are being performed by the appropriate people (agents, support staff, outside professionals, etc.)
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure clients have all relevant documentation and schedules relating to the transaction
  • Coordinating & attending appointments
  • Keeping all pieces of the transaction on track and clients & agents well informed of status at all times
  • Escalate issues for assistance to appropriate agent as needed
  • Coordinate photos, open houses, and other pre-list preparation for team listings
  • Prepare listing and buyer presentations for agents
  • Help prepare for open houses and other events
  • Preparation of closing and expense statements
  • Assist in general office administration (supplies, maintenance, organization, call routing, etc.)
  • Assist in various office sponsored events as needed
  • Other tasks as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
