Giving Back: FOCUS Real Estate is an Official Drop-Off Location for Cradles to Crayons

We are proud to announce that FOCUS Real Estate is now an official drop-off location for Cradles to Crayons, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing children with the essential items they need to thrive. At FOCUS Real Estate, we're more than just a brokerage - we're deeply committed to giving back to our community. We are honored to serve as a conduit for donations that directly benefit children in need

Drop Off Locations:

You can find our donation bins at both of our offices:

• 34 South St, Jamaica Plain, MA

• 43 Lincoln St, Newton Highlands, MA

We welcome donations during our regular office hours and encourage donors to call ahead to ensure someone is available to assist.

Accepted Items:

Cradles to Crayons has provided us with a list of items they're most in need of:

• Clothing (youth sizes 0–20 and adult sizes small & medium)

• Winter Coats & Jackets (youth sizes 0–20 and adult sizes small & medium)

• New socks and underwear

• New Pajamas

• Shoes, boots, sneakers, and sandals (infant/child sizes 5–13 & adult sizes 1–10)

• Books, especially baby board books

• New arts and crafts/school supplies

• Unopened diapers and training pants

• New hygiene items

Unaccepted Items:

Please note that Cradles to Crayons cannot accept the following items:

• Toys or baby gear of any kind (e.g., stuffed animals, play sets, strollers, car seats)

• Bathing suits or costumes

• Bedding

• Bicycles or ride-on toys

• Books and clothing with family-related messaging (“I Love Mommy,” “Daddy and I”)

• Electronics or any DVDs/CDs/VHS tapes/computer games

• Furniture, household goods/items, or Cribs of any kind (due to recalls)

• Knitted hats, mittens, or gloves

• Rackets, mitts, hockey sticks, bats, helmets, skates, shin guards/pads

• Religious or holiday-related books

• Used arts and crafts/school supplies

• Used hygiene products, baby food, breast pumps and supplies, or bottles

• Used underwear or socks

• Whitening toothpaste
