Most Important Factors You Should Look For

What would you look for in a real estate agent? Stay tuned. What would you use or what criteria would you use to pick a real estate agent? Just wanted to kind of come at it from the other side, from our end. So I think one of the most important things that we find in real estate is that this is really a relationship business more than anything, less about sales, less about the houses, but really about a relationship that you have with somebody that trust, that is knowledgeable, that's honest, that is connected, and that's got a passion for what they do. Those are the criteria that I think I would use if I was looking for a real estate agent. I don't know if you'd like to share some of the criteria that you have, but that's where we come from here at Focus Real Estate. One of the things that I'm always working with with our agents and one of our biggest affirmations in our organization is put the client before the commission, because the second one of my agents puts a commission before a client, that's no good.

That's not where we come from because when you're always looking out for the client and their best interests, you have raving fans, you have an amazing team and a great organization, and most importantly, happy clients.
