Outstanding. Superb. Extraordinary. These are just some of the words that describe my experience with Eric and Randall. From the beginning, they knew how to market the property. In my case, I had a large 2 family home and they helped me convert to individual condos to maximize resale value. The  RE team did all the heavy lifting. They found me painters, cleaners, landscapers to spruce up the property. They also took care of all aspects of the condo conversion including setting me up with the architect and closing attorney. The process of selling both units was very simple and painless. They are really are the experts you can trust and turn to. I highly endorse Eric and Randall for any property you may be selling or purchasing.

Strong Marketing Engine

I ultimately chose Erik and his team because I felt they had a strong marketing engine and could better distinguish us from the others even in this Boston market.  It paid off; we sold above list beyond what we had dared to hope.  Erik was great with giving honest advice and explaining the reasoning behind his recommendations.  He was very communicative and provided updates after every showing and open house, reassured us when there were hiccups, and took care of everything since we had moved out of state.  I'm pretty Type A and was afraid that things would fall through the cracks, but nope, Erik and his team took care of everything!  With their support (shout out to Meg and Randal as well) and advice, we were able to sell our place with as little stress as these things can be.  Highly recommended!

Eric and Randall were amazing.  I usually do not really like working with realtors, as it can be a stressful, unpleasant, and difficult challenge to buy a place and sell a place. They made it so easy on us to sell our place.  We also had them help us look for a new place.  As a seller's agent,  they very appropriately helped up price the home, and were skillful in helping us get the best offer possible.  As a buyer's agent, they listened to what we wanted (though we kept changing our minds), and did not pressure us in any way.  I know a few friends who have used them as well, and all agree that they are outstanding.
