The Importance of Reviews
It's a Review Economy. Most consumers now consult online reviews before making a buying decision.
Randal:
Are you depending on the kindness of strangers?
Randal:
We're really living in the review economy, right ladies and gentlemen. So we're here to say could you be so kind as to leave us a review? We're all depending on the kindness of strangers to guide us in our decision making skill. Whether you're looking for that barber, plumber, electrician, or real estate agent.
Erik:
Real estate agent.
Randal:
Now, once you've made that review.
Erik:
Then you can copy it.
Randal:
Just copy and paste that...
Erik:
Use the same words or change it up a little bit. And there's a lot of other sites that we would also like your reviews, even if you're, especially if you're not a stranger. If you have... If you know us or one of our amazing agents who have worked with them.
Randal:
Absolutely. So the sites that we use the most are of course, Zillow at the beginning. Two, more than ever, please review us on Google.
Erik:
Google.
Randal:
Google's a huge bonus for us. Facebook and any of the social platforms are awesome. Finally, Yelp. Why Yelp? People have been saying forever, we don't, we're not, Yelpers. Yelp doesn't go anywhere.
Erik:
And a lot of people don't look to Yelp for real estate agents, but it's another place.
Randal:
It's just another platform that arises when people are using different search engines.
Randal:
So if you could be so kind to log on, leave us a review, we would be permanently appreciative of that effort.
Erik:
Very grateful.
Randal:
Absolutely. And as always stay tuned and stay focused.
Erik:
Stay tuned and stay focused.
Erik:
Do you want to look alive for that one?
Randal:
Like falling off the edge here.
