I'm here to talk a little bit to the agents out there and chat a little bit about our value proposition here at Focus Real Estate, where we really work together with really high expectations, where we really push each other to take big actions, get really big results, where we breed, study, learn and develop our new skills, stay on top of the technology, become wiser and stronger every day, and take an opportunity to challenge each other so that we get the best outcomes not only for ourselves, right? But also for our clients. But I can talk all day, right?
Gretchen:

Gretchen, why don't you chat a little bit about what it's like to be a real estate agent here at Focus?
Gretchen:
Well, first of all, I think it's very unique. And I feel incredibly fortunate to have had the opportunity to come to Focus. And what struck me most when I came to Focus was really the focus on personal development as opposed to how do you become a better sales person? Because you need the former in order to achieve the latter. And being part of a team here is being part of a group of people that have an abundance mindset, meaning that if we all do well together, we'll achieve great things.
Randal:
Just like a rising tide raises all boats, right? So we're all kind of upwardly floating, I suppose, right? But we're working on our skills, we're working on ourselves. And it's really exciting to see all the success of the agents in our office by utilizing all the great training that we have access to, the coaching organizations, the communities that that brings to us and all the assistance that it gives us to kind of have a great business.
Randal:
So we're really very, very focused at Focus Real Estate with our agents and our team agents to make sure that they have three priorities. What are those three priorities? Prospecting, going to appointments, and negotiating transactions. We've really worked really hard to pull all of the rest of those responsibilities off your plate. Is it really helpful for you to be putting out paperwork for signature or organizing files or meeting photographers or any of these kinds of things? Probably not. It's a waste of your time when we can assist so that you can be out there working with your clients and negotiating and going through appointments.
Gretchen:
And building those relationships-
Randal:
And building relationships.
Gretchen:
That are so important for us personally and for our business.
Randal:
Yeah. Do we have fun together?
Gretchen:
Never.
Randal:
Never. Never.
Gretchen:
There's never been a happy hour here.
Randal:
There's never been a glass of wine at four o'clock in the afternoon?
Gretchen:
Never.
