Welcome back to Stay Focused, Focus Real Estate's weekly video series. What we'd like to chat about a little bit today is more than real estate services, because what we really do is help people and we help people find the right place to call home, and then we also help them-

Randal:
Make it their home. How many times are we doing a showing where people are like, "Well, we can change this and we can do this and we can make it mine this way," and they usually don't do it themselves. They're needing support, they're needing assistance, they're needing contractors, they're needing electricians, they're needing all of these people.

Erik:
Painters, designers, landscapers, you name it.

Randal:
Sometimes it's funny because when people call us and say, "Hey, listen, I need a this or a that." We're like, "Well, would you like a budget, would you like a medium, or do you want a top tier- "

Erik:
Luxury.

Randal:
"... luxury feel." We can help accommodate our clients on all of those, because some people are really super particular and some people are like, "I just need somebody to slap some paint on the wall." We have just a large book of people that we work with that can help people out and just do a variety of different things.

Erik:
Yeah. We want to be your concierge, your service for all things real estate, not just in the sale, and help you make your home your home.

Randal:
Oh, and we're also notaries.

Erik:
Oh, by the way.

Randal:
