Hey, agents. Here's a pro tip for you: I was just at a conference, and I was fortunate enough to hear Byron Lazine speak, and he gave me a tip to read the book Tribe of Millionaires. I thought that was an interesting topic. And really, what it does is illustrate the point very well that we are the average of the five people we spend the most time with. 

So that being true, he breaks it down into five different categories, which are really fascinating to get to know. The one point that resonated the most for me was the multiplier effect. Surrounding yourself with the right people will compound your efforts. Right. So take a listen to the book.
