Welcome to Stay Focused, Focus Real Estate's weekly video series. Since COVID, everything has changed. 

Randal:

So we're just calling it what it is, right? And I don't know if we're just here to kavesh about this or what's happening, but you know, we're certainly experiencing a customer service crisis, nearly everywhere we go. Sitting on hold forever with customer service. 

Erik: 

Long delays when you order anything. It's over and over again, it's everywhere you go. 

Randal:

So we try to take an opposite look at this and say, nothing is going to stop us here. We're here for you. We're not going to put you on hold. We're going to follow through with our promises and bring you to the point that you're looking to get to with whatever you're doing in real estate today. So, that's something that we are really proud of all of our service providers, right? 

Erik:

And all of our agents, too. Despite what's happened in the last 20 months with COVID, we've been there for you and been there for our clients and our agents have been putting themselves out there and working hard. 

Randal:

But if there is anything additional we can do to help you through this process of home buying and home selling, or if it's even a matter of, hey, I need some good references for some contractors or some help making some repairs around my home, please know that we are here for you. We're going to answer your call, we're not going to put you on hold and we're going to help you through any process you're working through.
