 The agents at Focus Real Estate differentiate themselves by routinely going the extra mile. They put their heart and soul into every purchase and sale. Erik:

k, we're talking about being different.

Randal:
What does that mean, right? So we get that question all the time. What is it that you guys do differently? And what I really liked to say, and what I'm really proud of is just the caliber of the agents that work in this office and what this job means to them. So that's where we really start.

Erik:
Expectations.

Randal:
So there's a little slogan on the back of our van that says, "A passion for people and properties", and it really all starts there. So having that passion really makes us completely engaged, enthusiastic, ready to go that extra mile. And if you saw one of the live videos that I shot in the last few weeks, you did see me up there, just-

Erik:
Gushing.

Randal:
Gushing about our agents and how personally they take this business, how much pride they take in this business, how many times I see them going the extra mile, not only for their sellers and their buyers, but just the community in general, because we're not transactional brokers. This is something that lasts longer than that transaction. And when people get that, you get a different caliber of service.

Erik:
Caring about your clients, caring about their interests, taking pride in their work and pride in helping people out. And I have to say, it's the details that matter. And in this market, a lot of people take the details for granted. They say the house is going to sell anyway. What difference does it make? It makes a difference. It makes a difference in the long run. It makes a difference in the ultimate price or terms that a seller gets. It makes a difference in their relationship. It's the difference. It's the details that make the difference and people care about the details.

Randal:
And so everything trickles down from that. Taking that pride and taking that commitment to this job and to our clients, just really going those extra steps all the way down really makes a difference for our clients. And so this is really a video to say again, thank you to the agents that are working with us.

Erik:
And our staff.

Randal:
Indeed. That's really the difference I think that you can expect here at Focus Real Estate is that commitment to you, the pride that people take, and it's not just a transaction.
